« Hummus Pizza with Broccoli, Pepperoni and Anchovies »


  • 12” Thin Pizza Crust (Boboli) or use Archer Farms Garlic Naan (Target)
  • 8 oz. of homemade hummus (or use Tribe All Natural Pizza Hummus)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste 
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
  • 2 ounces of pepperoni slices
  • 3 anchovy fillets, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Mozzarella, Monterey Jack or your favorite cheese blend) 

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 

Spread a generous layer of hummus over the crust.  Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and red pepper flakes (to taste).  Arrange sliced pepperoni, broccoli, and anchovies over the hummus and top with shredded cheese(s).  Add another sprinkling of Italian seasoning to the cheese.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until crust is crisp, golden brown and cheese is bubbly and melted in the center. Remove from oven and let sit for 3-5 minutes to allow cheese to slightly set.  Slice and serve.
